Q: What are the benefits for my business?


  • ParcelPark is an easy to operate service which introduces new customers to your business on a regular basis
  • We pay you a handling fee of 46p for each parcel you receive

    • Registering and operating a Collection Point is completely free of charge
    • We provide the parcel insurance

Q: What do i need to operate a collection point?


  • ParcelPark works over the internet, so to operate a Collection Point you just need access to an online computer at your premises.
  • Your computer needs to be conveniently located so that customers can type in their PIN when they collect their parcel. Customers do not need to be able to see the computer screen or have access to your keyboard as we will provide you with a small number keypad with a 1.5 meter USB cable for PIN entry.
  • The custome'’s PIN number allows us to check that the parcel has been given to the right person so there's no need for you to ask for any I.D.

Q: How much parcel storage space is required?


  • In practice, only a small area will be required for storing parcels. The size of parcels that may be sent is restricted and customers tend to collected them promptly (usually within 48 hours).
  • In the unlikely event that storage space should become a problem, our short term contracts (just 1 months cancellation notice) give you the flexibility to choose whether you want to continue operating a Collection Point at all.
