It's easy to get items delivered from eBay sellers.

step 1 Congratulations you've won!

When giving your address to the seller, tell them that you'd like your item shipped to a collection point.

To make your life even easier, you can create address labels for any collection point from within your account pages; these can then be forwarded to the seller to use.

step 2 The seller sends your parcel

The seller sends your item directly to the collection point.

Note that the seller incurs no extra cost and can use whatever postal service you have agreed on - from DHL to The Royal Mail.

step 3 We tell you when it arrives

When your parcel arrives at the collection point, they can identify that it's yours by reading the account number.

We then send you an email and a text message to tell you that it's there.

When it's convenient for you, just visit the collection point to collect your parcel.
