With an address label, anyone can send you a parcel using ParcelPark
Make a label
Labels are easy to create. Simply find the collection point that you want to use (you could use the interactive map or choose one from your favourites list) then on the click on the link to 'make a label'.
You could print the label out to give to someone. or email it directly to them.
Give the label to someone
If you have printed the label out, give it to the person that will be sending you a parcel.
If you have downloaded the label as a PDF file you can email it to them instead.
They send you a parcel
The address label can be used to address a parcel.
The sender can use any postal service at no extra cost to them - they just pay the standard postage rates.
We tell you when it arrives
When your parcel arrives at the collection point, they can identify that it's yours by reading the account number from the label.
We then send you an email and a text message to tell you that it's there.
When it's convenient for you, just visit the collection point to collect your parcel.
