Help - Getting started

Using ParcelPark is very simple, choose from the tabs below to find out more:

ParcelPark makes missing important deliveries a thing of the past.

step 1 Register with ParcelPark

Register with us. Just tell us your contact email address and choose a PIN number. We will create your account and provide you with a unique account number.

*For a limited period only, we will credit all new accounts with £1.00 to pay for the first parcel delivery.

step 2 Have your parcels sent to us

When shipping parcels to any of our collection points, just make sure that your ParcelPark account number is clearly visible on the package.

In this example, Sue Smith has been shopping online and is arranging for her parcel to be sent to the Yamaha School of Music collection point - her account number is ABCD1234.

step 2 We accept your parcels for you

While you get on with your day, our collection points will take deliveries on your behalf.

step 3 We let you know that it's arrived

We email you to tell you that the parcel has arrived.

If you have a mobile phone, we'll send you a text message too.

step 4 You collect your parcel

When it's convenient for you, just visit the collection point to collect your parcel.

To ensure that you are the parcel's owner, the collection point staff will ask you to enter your ParcelPark PIN number on a keypad before handing it over.
