Help - Using ParcelPark with online retailers

Using ParcelPark is very simple, choose from the tabs below to find out more:

You can use ParcelPark services with any online retailer.

step 1 Shop online

Visit your favourite online store, add items to your basket, then go to the checkout and pay.

step 2 Provide shipping details

When asked for shipping details, enter your name (along with your ParcelPark account number) and enter the address of the collection point.

In this example, Sue Smith (whose account number is ABCD1234), is having her parcel sent to the Yamaha School Of Music collection point on Simmonds Road.

step 3 We tell you when it arrives

When your parcel arrives at the collection point, they can identify that it's yours by reading the account number.

We then send you an email and a text message to tell you that it's there.

When it's convenient for you, just visit the collection point to collect your parcel.
